We will be checking everyone’s temperature on arrival and we will require a mobile number to comply with the track and trace system this is not optional and is required be law. This information will be kept in a safe environment and will not be used for any other reason. It will then be destroyed after 21 days in accordance to government compliance. We will refuse entry if you are running a temperature as per the below
Normal: 36.4–37.5 °C (97.7–99.5 °F)
Fever: >37.5 or 38.3 °C (99.5 or 100.9 °F)
Covid-19 safety regulations and restrictions are in place for your and our staff’s safety. Please comply with the government legislation and Law by remaining 2 mtrs apart where possible or 1 mtr where needed in all areas. This includes but is not limited to reception, corridors, the main pub area, toilets, private area rooms, smoking areas and locker rooms.
To adhere to new new law coming into force as of Monday 14th September 2020 patrons of groups of up o 6 people on licensed premises are requested to socialise at a distance of 2 meters. Where passing in corridors and smaller spaces 2 meters, if this is not possible, please step back and let people pass safely at a minimum of 1 meter. Whilst this was previously the case as a recommended guideline, this is now the law and we will not tolerate any uncooperative behavior and you will be asked to leave immediately
Upon entry to the club you will be allocated a coloured wrist band that must be worn at all times. This will indicate to staff and other patrons the social “bubble” in which you are in. You must remain in this group throughout the evening and refrain from physical contact with people outside of this. If you so wish your group will be allocated their own area of the club for privacy for a limited amount of time, this area must be disinfected before and after use. Staff will be on hand to ensure that this is carried out and completed to a covid secure standard. Once your allocated time slot is finished you must ensure you have sanitised the area and yourselves.
You will find new queuing guidelines once entering the club and the staff will be wearing protective safety PPE for our own health and safety. Please help our staff ensure your safety by complying with our order and serve policy. Please place your order at the allocated end of the bar and collect your order at the other end where indicated. Please refrain for standing or at or leaning against the bar and DO NOT lift the protective safety screening. this is essential in order for us to be able to serve you and non compliance will mean we can not serve you.
Antibacterial sanitising stations have been set up throughout the building for you use, this is very important that you please sanitise your hands and the area around you.
LUX Lounge is now closed for the winter however when open, again with strict social distancing regulations. Table service will be provide to help eliminate groups or ques. please be patient that this may take a little longer.
Please note we require you to bring your own towels to all events if you wish to use the spa pool, numbers of this are limited to no more than 3 couples or a group of 6 people at any one time.
